Articles of impeachment against Bush

Somehow I missed the original news about this, but on June 9th, in a four hour speech, Dennis Kucinich called for the impeachment of Bush.  The impeachment articles in full are over here (PDF).  The summary:

Article I: Creating a Secret Propaganda Campaign to Manufacture a False Case for War Against Iraq.
